{"id":2247,"date":"2025-12-05T14:00:57","date_gmt":"2025-12-05T14:00:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fkartheiser.eu\/?p=2247"},"modified":"2025-12-05T14:14:21","modified_gmt":"2025-12-05T14:14:21","slug":"four-political-groups-back-my-call-to-bring-epbd-review-forward-to-2026","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fkartheiser.eu\/en\/four-political-groups-back-my-call-to-bring-epbd-review-forward-to-2026\/","title":{"rendered":"Four Political Groups Back My Call to Bring EPBD Review Forward to 2026"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I am pleased that MEPs from four political groups <strong>(EPP, ECR, Patriots, ESN) <\/strong>have supported my call to bring forward the <strong>review of the EU&rsquo;s Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD) from 2028 to 2026. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The impact of this complex and wide-ranging EU directive will be highly disruptive and risks putting millions of European citizens\u2014as well as our businesses and public administrations\u2013into financial precarity. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We cannot wait until 2028 to begin to assess the effects of EPBD and the financial hardship it will impose. There is still time to steer EU Green Deal policies back towards realism, affordability and common sense. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\/FR\/<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je me r\u00e9jouis que des d\u00e9put\u00e9s europ\u00e9ens issus de quatre groupes politiques (PPE, ECR, Patriotes, ESN) aient soutenu mon appel visant \u00e0 avancer la r\u00e9vision de la directive europ\u00e9enne sur la performance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique des b\u00e2timents (EPBD) de 2028 \u00e0 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019impact de cette directive europ\u00e9enne, complexe et tr\u00e8s vaste, sera fortement perturbateur et risque de plonger des millions de citoyens europ\u00e9ens \u2014 ainsi que nos entreprises et nos administrations publiques \u2014 dans une situation de pr\u00e9carit\u00e9 financi\u00e8re.
