Washington semble d\u00e9sormais vouloir se d\u00e9sengager, laissant aux Europ\u00e9ens la charge de prolonger un conflit destin\u00e9 \u00e0 affaiblir la Russie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au Moyen-Orient, le constat est similaire.
